Legal Blog: Exploring work-related visa options for entry into the U.S.

Coming to the United States on a work-related visa can be tricky and may even seem impossible for some. I recently represented two musicians who wanted to come to Massachusetts to perform at cultural events and ethnic restaurants. The clients did not receive much international attention due to the nature of their musical talents. Still, I filed P-3 visa petitions for the clients. The P-3 visa is a great option for talented musicians who seek to enter the U.S. and take part in performances that are culturally unique. The visa petitions were quickly granted by U.S.C.I.S.

 Result: P-3 visas granted.
